STAGING AREA LEAD

Staging Area Owner (1 for each of the three staging areas)

- Organize Stage Coordinators & Communication

- Ensure Street is clear (remove cars) prior to 8:00am

- Escalation point during parade staging

STAGE COORDINATORS

Staging Area Support (2 to 4 for each area)

- Ensure entries are staged in the correct order and location

- Ensure vehicles are started and ready to move as parade starts

- Follow entries to the end of the parade to ensure smooth exit and crowd control

- Posted at intersections to keep parade moving

STAGE COMMUNICATION

Staging Area Support (1 for each area, 3 total)

- Ensure entry numbers are clearly posted on the front right of every entry

- Run Registration Desk, hand out numbers

- Ensure all drivers know to stay in the middle of the street during parade

- Assist Exit Coordinator just prior parade start

PARADE EXIT COORDINATOR

Parade Exit Support (1 total)

- Ensure parade route is completely cleared prior to start

- Ensure State Street (northbound is completely clear) 

- Direct entries to continue to move, no stopping at exit

- Organize Stage Communicators for smooth entry exit
