ST. PATRICK'S DAY
PARADE & SIAMSA
The Hibernian Society of Utah was formed to preserve Irish history, culture, and traditions within the State of Utah. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade is our flagship event.
Less than 200 years ago inhabitants of the Irish Isle found themselves starved, diseased and forced to flee. Subsequent persecution and political strife resulted in millions of Irish starting new lives in other countries around the world. From vulnerable and weak to tenacious and strong, the Irish spirit prevails. #newbeginnings
Each year 50% of the proceeds raised from the festivities are donated to a local charity. This year we honor the potential of human resilience by donating to Volunteers of America, Utah (VOA) - Youth Center.
